Integrity Stack is a software lab based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We stay deliberately small so that every project gets direct attention — not passed down a chain of account managers.
We named the lab around one idea: do what you said you'd do, charge what you said you'd charge, and don't ship something you wouldn't stand behind. It sounds obvious. It's also the thing most labs quietly stop doing once a project gets hard.
That shows up in small ways — realistic timelines instead of optimistic ones, honest "this isn't a fit" conversations when a project isn't right for us, and code we're willing to hand off cleanly rather than lock you into.
Every project is led directly by the founder, with specialists brought in as needed for design, mobile, or backend work depending on scope. You're not handed off to a junior team after the pitch — the person who scoped your project is the person building it.
This keeps us selective about the work we take on, and it's why we'd rather do fewer projects well than spread ourselves thin.

We're a two-to-three person lab depending on the project, not a large agency — and we say so upfront. If you need a big team with a big process, we're probably not the right fit. If you want direct access to the person actually building your product, we are.
